Personally I came to Sig to get away from polymer.
I have owed most all major brands and types over the decades.
I thing I settled on, is I owned my last polymer.

I also never think of my P series as DA/SA.
I came from 1911s and carry SA now, so I only shoot my P series SA.
I don't look at a long trigger pull as a safety. I like a breaking glass pull and a real safety.
