magnet
Correct. Same here. In fact, though I can't point to it just now - I recall posting some photos of a couple with a magnet hanging under the frame.

The stainless Sigs I have all hold magnets under the dust covers.

To answer some of the questions, this is a brand new gun. I am the only and original owner. The way you see it is the way it came from the factory, and that’s the case it came in from the factory. Some people said it looks like a “presentation” model. And by the way, It’s unfired.

<sigh> I get so tired of this. However, because I'm trying to be a nice guy - you can sent it to me and I can shoot it for you - you know, to verify it's safe to shoot. As always, I can cover the ammo myself if I need to - since you would cover shipping...

So, does a magnet stick to the frame?

Gotta' ask Steve, has anyone ever taken you up on your fine offer?

From here, not yet.

Locally, actually more than you would expect. A lot of folks don't really know a lot about guns and/or maintenance of them. I'm fairly well known in the community and local area and have my own ranges so local gun shops tell new buyers about me and that I'm more than happy to make sure they know how to take care of the gun and take time to show them, as well as share a range outing with them. I don't charge for that as long as I get to shoot their gun first - and before you ask, yes, I supply my own ammo...

If it gets to them needing more than that - then we're talking about taking a class.

But these bums here on SigTalk simply won't cooperate. Who'dathunkit...

No thanks bear. They gave one to the moroon in the White House. It they're that cheap, I don't want one.

However, I do like where you were headed with that.

You might motivate someone on this forum to at least send me something to shoot...

Serious question @monte53--How much do you want for it? Looks right up my alley.

So, what happened to monty53? Maybe he found out his gun was not all stainless, after all?
