Recommended Surefire X300 mount for SP2022?

Hello Everyone I recently picked up a SP2022 in 40 S&W and I would like to get a Surefire X300 for it.

I've read in a few places that sometimes there are mounting problems with the SP2022 and I wanted to ask what would you guys recommended for a X300 mount?

T-Slot or Rail Lock?

Thanks In advance
Tara

TaraSP, welcome to Sig Talk from the southwest corner of Indiana.
The SP 2022 has a Mil-Spec M1913 rail, instead of the propriety Sig specification rail. It is polymer, but I don't believe there is enough "flex" to interfere with a light.
I think the rail lock would be the best fit, since it is M1913 specification.

Hi Willard thank you for the welcome and thanks for the suggestion I'll get the rail lock version of the X300.
