Well I guess I'm the odd man out. I don't know how many purchases I made from them but I know my last. I purchased a Ruger Mini 14. When I went to my dealer to pick it up, the original box was damaged. No outer box was used only the original Ruger box to ship it to me.

I looked the gun over and accepted it...I wasn't happy that the box was damaged but not really a big deal.

Well once I got home I noticed that the top plastic cover (hand guard) had been scratched in shipping. I emailed (with photos) and followed up several times...did not even get one response from the CS Department. I ended up getting an after market hand guard that does not have the the ugly offset part covering the charging handle (operating rod...or whatever Ruger calls it) I think it was around $11...Grab a Gun has lost far more than that small amount as I have purchased many guns since that time but have not (and never will) purchase from them again.

I am glad to tell my story hoping that I might guide others away from a company with horrible customer service.

I always check "SlickGuns" now "Gun Deals" web site as they list many dealers with the lowest price listed first. They list shipping and any other fees...Good place to look if you are looking. Even if Grab a Gun had the lowest deal by $100 or more on a gun I was interested in I would not give them my business.

I have a few from them, but I have the advantage of going to the location. No shipping issues to deal with. Always been top notch IMO

I've bought several guns from them, they're one of my regular go-to sources. I think they're great.
