Some pics of new sp2022

Here are some pics of my new sp2022 that I picked up on 2/29/12.
First ten rounds down range at 7yrds, 6/10 in bullseye.
All magazines are 15 rounders but while at the range I was loading only 10 to conserve some time.

Nice.

I usually only load 10 at a time as well. It works out better when splitting the box(s) of ammo up.

Those 2022's are great looking pistols aren't they? They are spooky accurate right out of the box. Glad you enjoy yours as much as I enjoy mine.

Just joined sig talk and was wondering if you might know what a good laser for my sp2022 40s&w would be ? I have read a lot of reviews online and it seems to be hard to decipher if the lasers suck or the people buying them just suck. Thanks

Very nice shooting, esp for the first 10 rounds out of the gun.

Congrats on your purchase.

Thanks for the comments everyone.

My sp2022 is my first firearm ever owned after realizing I enjoy shooting a few years ago.
I was renting pistols at my range for a while and nothing was as good as their two toned P226 so after some research, I realized the sp2022 would be affordable and have the same, or close, feel of a p226 which is why I purchased the sp2022. I was very close to purchasing a Ruger P95 and held both in the store. Then went with the Sig.

To all sp2022 owners looking for magazines, top gun supply sells them for $31.95 which is the best deal I found online. They don't regularly have stock though so you'll have to check often. Figured I'd throw that out there. Shipping for 2 was $9.95 which made them $36.xx each...

I found my 2 factory sig 2022 mags for around $35 a piece at my local Academy sports. I bought their last 2 they had and haven't seen any there since. I think they stopped carrying them and went to aftermarket ones. FYI.

Impactguns.com has both the 10 & 12 rd mags either phosphate covered or blued. Around $44. Expensive, I know, but these are hard to find...

Yep. CDNN regulary has the factory 10 rounders on sale. They make great range magazines.
