action enhancment package

Went to the NRA Annual meeting here in Sol. Got a fayer from Sig for a action enhancement job. The crown the barrel, work on the trigger and something else for $159 plus shipping. Anyone have have this done. Thinking about having it done to mine if, but not sure yet.

Thought. Experience?

Thanks,

I'll let you know in about a week. I also went to the NRA conference in St Louis, and ended up sending my P239 in for the Action Enhancement Package, and decided to do the SRT job at the same time. If it comes back like the one they had as an example, I'll be happy.

Had my 229 done.SRT and enhancement. The SRT would have been enough. With the enhancement it makes things awful light and need to be at least 1/2 a pro and it is definetly no good for a LEO. Just my opinion but different strokes for different folks.

Just realize you get what you pay for.

I am not going to say much more because of certain reasons and what I do. But I can say the above statement holds VERY true.

I find that the action on the SP2022 to be just fine for me. The DA pull is not bad and has a crisp break and the SA is light for an easy 2nd shot. I'm not sure I would want it any lighter.

I pulled the trigger on the one at the show as well and was very pleased with the feel. I would never have this done on a weapon I carried on duty, but on something I plan on shooting I.D.P.A. with I think it might work out great for.

I had that done on my P229 (9mm) and I really liked it. I could tell a difference in the way the pistol functioned. Sig does a great job - well with the money!
