That holster reads non-railed in the description, so if your P220 has a rail then no. Also, buy two cheaper yet equally well made holsters rather than spending this much on a Milt Sparks, one for your P220 and one for your P229. Make sure to buy the correct holster for the correct gun.
Andrews makes great holsters at a very good price. You have excellent guns so don't cheap out on holsters, but you don't have to spend everything either.
When it comes to sig p series guns, the guns are the same width expect for the 239 is narrower.
So becomes a matter of length.
I current use holsters made by El Paso saddlery and 1791 holsters. I bought the holsters made for the p220/226 that also works for the 229/224 models. I just have a slightly long unused space for the shorter guns.
Now I do use El Paso saddlery holster made for the 229 which also works for the 224.
The above are out side carry.
For iwb carry I use milt sparks summer special 2 made for the p226. Works for the p220-229 bunch.
P320 I found works with the xd series holsters by El Paso saddlery.
I try to multi purpose holsters when I can. The best for me is a yaky style slide holster made for the 226. It only covers the trigger and ejection port area. Works for all the p220-229 guns.
+1 on the Andrews Leather. I have a Monarch Rig for my P220R. The holster detaches from the rig and can serve as a belt holster too.
Another good choice is R. Grizzle Leather. Long wait though. I have a Grizzle Holster in horsehide for my P365. Perfect
But back to the other question. No. Most doubtful the same holster will fit both guns unless you wanna use something like an Uncle Mike’s. World Class gun in a cut rate holster? I think not.
I have a Mitch Rosen leather holster for my P220 Compact (with rail) and it fits my P229 (with rail) perfectly. However I have a Kydex holster made for my P229 the my 220 c does not fit in. Leather is a little more forgiving bit the retention with my 229 in my Rosen holster is fine.
My VM2 came in today and fits both perfectly. So thrilled
