Pinky Extensions for Sig P224 10 & 12 Mags

I have a lot of Sig 224 mags in 10 and 12 round capacity for 9mm, 40 & 357. A couple of years ago I was able to buy pinky extensions for these mags from a guy on ebay. They were expensive, I thought, at about $20 each. They worked beautifully. I still have them and they have held up very well.

At the time the guy was only making a few at a time. We exchanged some messages via email and I was able to pick up a couple more. He tried to sell them on Sigtalk but was bumped off as being a commercial seller. Fair enough, that is the rules of the forum.

However, he disappeared from ebay and did not respond to emails. I would like to have a few more of these now that I have 2 224s and lots of magazines. Does anyone know of any source for these now that the 224 is discontinued?

I should mention that I bought a couple on Sigtalk that were not from the same guy. They were of much lower quality. The polymer (Plastic) was quite brittle and did not even survive a hard bump. As I said , the first ones I bought have held up even after being switched between mags a few times.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I bought a couple from a guy named Brian McManus via email ([email protected]) for $18. One has been doing real well, the other didnít want to stay on tight and would work its way forward after a range session.

I use a Pearce Grip PG-XD. You just have to cut a little off the back to get a fit.

Thanks! You jogged my memory. I now remember reading this somewhere but could remember the item number.
