P220 what # are you stock sights???
I own an early 2000's pre '04 german slides night sights
I'm shooting low, insanely low. Before I bought my P220 I went to a local range and rented on and it shot amazingly. Had Hogue rubber grips with finger grooves. It too was an older P220 with standard sights (non night) and no SRT.
Also does Sig warranty original factory nights sights?
Normally .45 ACP chambered pistols use a #6 Front and #8 Rear. Most of the below information is in the owners manual, but in case you don't have one here you go. Tritium sight illumination will only last about 12 years from manufacture as the radioactive isotope decays to the point the illumination is too dim to be usable. The atoms bounce off of the phosphor coating similar to an old TV tube, lighting it up. If you bought it new, and one of the tubes was damaged in shipment, they might replace, but any sign of damage or abuse, normally they won't.
welcome from az
All my 220s have had 6/8 on them. I usually replace the front 6 with an 8 so poi comes up a little from the traditional combat hold.
My P220 is 6/8.
Welcome from San Joaquin county.
My P220R Nitron is 6 front 8 rear. I'm changing my rear to a 6 very soon. It's shooting high with 230 grain.
My P220 Scorpion is F6 B8 Born on date Sep 2017
