Mosquito Trouble

My mosquito seems to have trouble not dropping the mag when I fire it anyone else have this issue...

I think it might be an over sensitive mag release button but I'm not sure what I can do about that.

Sorry let me rephrase... the magazine IS dropping while I fire... it has trouble NOT doing this... sorry I worded that kind of weird.

It started with it not locking into place so I took it completely apart and ran it through an ultrasonic (while taking it apart i found a few flakes of the paint job in the the mag release [well?] cleaned that out and the mag release began to work again and the mag would lock in). Then I took it to the range and fired a few mags through it and after the first few it would occasionally drop the mag while I fired obviously causing feeding trouble.

Multiple, and I thought I may have been, but I don't think I am that's why I am consulting the forums to see if anyone else has had the issue due to a mechanical issue. I tried changing my grip and it still occurred a few times... which doesn't rule it out by any means but does lower the odds.

On a mosquito you can move the mag release to either side of the pistol.
You basically remove the button and flip it over so that the button to the other side.
I removed the button and cleaned out the well where the button fits in (its polymer iirc [it's at home]) it had a few flakes of paint from the finish in there I use the term polish loosely here.
Sorry for the confusion.
It was easy enough to do and I have put a lot of rounds down range with my skeeter I thought it was a bad spring until I got it apart.
Next step gemtec threaded barrel
