I handled a P226 SSE at my LGS recently. WOW was it sweet and the trigger was butter smooth. I have been trying to hold out for the X-FIVE Allround but it is getting hard.

Money no object? neither. I'm thinking FiveseveN, P210, or a Nighthawk 1911

If money wasn't a factor

I have recently decided that I absolutely love Sig Sauer firearms. Although I have a few other makes in my collection, including Kimbers, I am now a firm believer Sig is the best over the counter gun on the market! I have not been dissatisfied once with a purchase of any of my Sig handguns, and I now own 6 different models and 3 different calibers. I am somewhat new to purchasing new handguns, probably because I no longer work and need a good hobby. So Sig Sauer it is. Now I will most likely buy a few long guns to round out the collection. So right now, and with the gun shop I deal with money is not a factor. They treat me great, have a lay away program which is a nice feature, 90 days to pay off a gun. Love em just Love em!

The SSE has SRT and I was impressed with trigger pull on a new pistol. SA was wonderfully crisp and DA pretty good.

I voted for the SIG mainly because I prefer SIGs to CZs. To me, the SIGs just have a better finish and fit and that makes them worth the premium. As a shooter, either would be fine.

Smile I like my Sigs

I own a CZ75B stainless and a CZ75B black one. Both are great pistols and both have trigger kits from Cajun Gun Works that greatly improved them. I recently bought a Sig SP2022 9mm because of reviews of them, and I wanted a cheap knock around pistol. After shooting it I bought another one in 40S&W within a month and these two inexpensive polymer Sigs are my favorite pistols. I don't plan to spend the money for the elite p226 stainless, but I'm sure if I did it would move into 1rst place.

Gentlemen,
BOTH GUNS ARE GREAT!! HOWEVER, SIG'S (IN MY OPINION) ARE MUCH EASIER TO REPLACE SPRINGS, BARRELS, ETC. SOMETHING TO CONSIDER..JUST MY 2 CENTS WORTH OF OPINION.

I think i saw this post on thehighroad.org and that cz75 was winning. I just dont see how a cz75 can beat a sig p226 elite. I think too many people over there are factoring in price and have not shot both.
