Did the p225 ever come from Germany in full stainless steel (frame and slide black finish)?

There has never been an all stainless P225, German (P225) or US (P225-A1).

Thank you, sir. I am suddenly entranced by the p225. My only pistol is a p226 Navy (US) and I am about to change that. I love them all, but the heft and clean look of the old German stuff has got me. There is so much family resemblance in these is there a very similar model to the p225 that was made all stainless (black finish German) that I could redirect my energy toward?

P226 Legion. Perfect ergos and a rock star at the range.

Probably my 226 Legion. I love the metal guns and have 4 and will buy more. However I carry a 365XL and shoot it very well. It is excellent, but I have a think for the older ones.

After being a fervent CZ admirer for years I never expected to be a huge Sig fan but it appears I can swing both ways :-). I own, or have owned, a number of Sigs to include the P210 Target, P226 S Sport, and P320 X5 Legion on the high end (for me) and the p250 and P2022 on the not high end (but still amazing firearms because, after all, they are Sigs!!!). My current favorite came as a huge surprise to me. If you were to compare its specs to almost any other Sig it would not seem to be anything special, but holding one your hands, settling the sights on any given target, and putting round after round into point of aim with little effort belies the picture portrayed in the spec sheet. That pistol is the P225-A1. It's one of those that I never expected to like but it truly is my favorite Sig.

For a long time it was my first year of commercial production P228 but due to its uniqueness I now revert to a P239 in .40SW or an early Legacy 229 in 357 Sig
