Too much $$. They retail for $279 in Ohio. IMO, these are the best <$300 guns out there.

I have the 40 and I think it was 349 at Acadamey when I got it. Its a pretty solid beast! I have pumped quite a few rounds threw her and she has performed flawless! Breaking her down is as simple as it gets. No complaints here. Though I have found here in Alabama the 40 ammo is priced a good bit higher but more of it around. No regrets here

Paid 299 for mine. Have to agree that are the best gun available for that price. I have put apps 500 rounds through my 9mm with no problems at all.

I have the earlier model. The sw9ve was the gun I taught my wife to shoot with and she carries it everywhere she goes now. Not bad from being totally anti-gun to start with!
