Glock-like custom parts?
Okay lets face it when given the choice between Glock and a Sig, Sig won hands down on an all around better looking gun. With that said, why for come is there a complete lack of after market custom parts.
I know there are a few places that offer steel guide rods, but nothing like Glocks abundance of parts.
Glocks have slide plates grips guide rods and all that. does anyone make custom parts for Sig. More specifically back straps, triggers, de-cocker, or slide release levers. Ya know something to make it pop a bit more.

Most aftermarket parts for the Glock are a total waste of money.
The Glock lends itself to mixing and matching parts, because of it's sheer simplicity of platform.
Who needs a *******' Punisher backplate or an unneccesary steel guide rod or overpriced skateboard tape grips........etc etc...?
A market has been created for Glock accessories and people spend money on this stuff.....but for me.....
Give me a bone-stock Sig and some ammo!

In response to rd strain's comment that 22f triggers suck the SRT trigger on my Tacops is right there with my XDm and I've compared that to a Glock trigger before and the Glock I used already had a trigger job done on it. Still didn't care for it sir.

Snake, yea I shoot a bit of bullseye. Started in about 1965. Your observation about 1911 triggers is spot on. Very few platforms lend themselves to a trigger like a properly done 1911.
lgustavus81, don't get me wrong, I do like my 226, a lot. However from my point of view the trigger leaves a lot to be desired. Short reset really has no bearing on the feel of the trigger. It's either clean or it isn't. My 226 isn't. Can't speak to the XDm, never shot or even held one.
