+1 on Top Gun Supply. They don't make specific M11-A1 mags. They come with P229-1 9mm mags, so anywhere that sells 229 mags should have them, you just need to make sure you get the 229-1 mags not regular 229 9mm mags.

later model 229's, some time after my '09/229sas2b, the frame for the 9 & 40/357 is the same, where the earlier frames were different for the 9 & 40/357.

The E2 versions of the 226 and 229 came out in 2010. I believe that's when the switch occured or possibly just prior to it. As bear said, all 229s after that use the same frame regardless of caliber. Prior to that, 9mm 229s had a slightly narrower frame. To ensure that 9mm mags would fit in the .40/.357 frames, SIG started making new mags specifically for them and designated them P229-1 magazines. "P229-1" is clearly stamped on the side of them to ensure there's no confusion between them and older P229 9mm mags. I've never had a problem with older 9mm mags in a P229-1 framed 229s, but I don't believe the P229-1 mags fit in older 9mm frames.
