FBI and DHS will require all firearms companies to include a microchip that is welded to the frame. This microchip will allow for identification, tracking and electronic control. This means that the government can confiscate said weaponry and toggle the safety remotely. The microchip will also include user-based biometrics which means the gun will only operate for a single user.

If u have ever played mgs4 u know where I'm going with that one.
