Gun show in Dayton

Staying away this month, out of money! Man I am weak. The last two shows I went too cost me over a grand. I would like to shop for ammo but by the time you pay $8 to get in your already in the hole and I am sure what they have is going to be very expensive.

Complain all you want about pricing but its supply and demand. If the prices were held artificially low there would be no ammo anywhere.

Buy what you feel you need to have on hand, and bide your time. There is no doubt that the cost of the hobby has doubled in the last month. It will probably settle down in a couple months. If it doesn't a lot of shooters will be priced out of the sport....which is exactly what the gun grabbers are hoping for.

Agree ^^^.
If you have a Cabela's or a Cheaper Than Dirt store go in.
They put out every day some ammo, but limit the amounts of what you can buy.
I went to Cabela's last week and got the limit of 10 boxes (20rds. each) of 5.56 (not .223) Eagle Federals at $15 (usually $7-8).
This past Friday, I went to Cheaper Than Dirt and got 20 boxes of PMC .45 acp 230gr. for $18.19 a box.
Stock pile any chance you have and order even if in BO, at least you get a good price, even if you have to wait for it.
