SP2022 Exeter, MI frame; holster?

Hey guys, I just got my first Sig chambered in .40 S&W. The only problem is that I can't seem to find a holster that will fit my pistol with the new rails. The frame is an Exeter, MI frame. I bought a Serpa CQC holster for the 2022, however I didn't know it wouldn't fit due to the updated rails until it was too late.

Anyhow, if somebody could point me in the right direction to get a holster that will fit the Exeter, MI frame, I would greatly appreciate it..
Thanks

I bought the Serpa CQC and fits fine. My SP2022 is also from Exeter with the picatinny rail. Are you sure the package says SP2022? If so, I'd return it and exchange it for another.

Yeah it has Sig Pro 2022 printed on the holster itself. I mean it fits, but it is entirely too tight in the rail area of the holster. I have to hold onto the holster while pulling the pistol out because it does not come out freely.

Yeah man that's what I've got right now and it's way too tight for some reason.

Ah, you need to adjust the retention. Also, get some silicone spray and wipe with a clean cloth on the inside of the holster. Do not spray the pistol.

That worked great, thank you very much. I also had to carve out the rail area a bit on the holster, but the silicone helped tremendously.

To loosen a leather holster just a little at a time slip a thin dress sock over your gun and shove it into your holster as far as it will go. Let it set over night in the holster. This is also recommended by Galco Holster.
