I have never had a problem with links here from people I know.
Mostly I don't use links, and just go find the page on my own.
Like I said, I didn't have problems previously.
I've never had issues with Symantec products and have used them for years. They have been quite reliable and trustworthy for me.
But I know people have different results with different AV software.

Guess what? It quit doing it.

When you hover the pointer over the formerly-problematic links (or select Properties on the context menu), the URL that pops up still shows the viglink redirect link, but it no longer is blocked.

And when I go to Google and "google" for viglink, Norton now shows a green "OK" box next to the returned results for viglink.com where it previously showed a red "X" box next to the hits.

I just checked and Norton had installed a signature update tonight.

I guess that viglink.com inadvertently become marked as a threat and it is now corrected.

Hey guys,

I'm glad to hear that this has been resolved.

Though if these ads pop up again please copy the link and post it here so we can have them blocked by our ad manager.

Thanks guys,

Richard.
