Extremely difficult using temp password, to create a New one.
This is much more difficult that on ten other gun websites.
It's sometimes too easy mess up a random, temp password. I often can't tell if an (sent in temp.) O is a 0 or o.
A page via "Edit Password", where it says to use 10 total symbols, numbers etc Then tells me that my new, personal password (if this is true) "does not match your password".
But the page seems to exist so that you can Create a more logical version than the bizarre (Space Odyssey) bunch of strange symbols which were generated by the quirky HAL 9000 computer near Jupiter's orbit.

If I understand your question correctly, when you go to that page, you first have to enter the remotely generated password in the first box. THEN, you create your own password in the 2 boxes below that. I they should disagree (typo kind of thing), you'll have to enter that temp password again before you re-type your new password. Hopefully, that's what's tripping you up. If not, PM me what you'd like your password to be, and I'll enter it for you from here.

We are looking at implementing more features to the site to make it more secure which in turn will ease up on the restrictions for the password requirements.
Until then, it's always helpful to have a password that's more of a phrase that you can relate to. For example, I absolutely love breakfast. How can I make that into a password?*
Obviously, you don't need to have as many symbols as I've used but I normally use some to replace the letters like a - @, s - $, E - 3 (it's like a curvy backward big e).*
That's just an idea and hopefully, one that will help you. Let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
