Still getting message about new password

I have done what was asked as far as I know, could be wrong, and I am still getting that message about changing. The only way I get past it is to log in and then reboot the site by clicking on the link again.

Is there something I am doing wrong or have not done?

are you saving cookies or do you delete browsing history when browser is closed??

If I clear the cache and cookies I get the message, so that doesn't help.
